Job summary

Ōura seeks a results-driven Senior Retail Marketing Manager for Latin America Retail to drive marketing programs with key partners like Falabella, Liverpool, Mercado Libre, Amazon, and others.

Reporting to the Director of Retail Marketing, this role requires strategic and strong project management skills and seamless collaboration across internal cross-functional partners, including Sales, Marketing, GTM, and Sales Operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Retail Channel Marketing/Partner Marketing role.
• Experience executing Retail/Channel marketing activities and OPEX investments.
• Understanding how retailers measure and manage their businesses (CPC, CPA, LTV, ROAS).
• Experience maintaining comarketing and OPEX budgets with fiscal responsibility.
• Excellent communicator, superb verbal and written communication.
• Experience working with retail partners building in-store experiences through permanent fixtures, temporary displays, staff training and education.
• Experience maintaining comarketing and OPEX budgets with fiscal responsibility.
• Highly effective at managing conflict and collaborating across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop & execute marketing programs in partnership with internal and external marketing and creative teams to achieve business goals.
• Drive cross-functional execution of retail marketing programs to meet Ōura business goals that are within agreed-upon budgets and KPIs.
• Coordinating and managing marketing brand assets and deliver on time to creative teams, while following-up and delivering to retail partners
• Track and optimize marketing programs, utilizing results to improve efficiency
• Serve as primary marketing point- of contact for Regional partners
• Analyze campaign and project performance, applying data and critical thinking to inform decisions and implement solutions
• Provide strategic input during the Retail Marketing goal creation process
• Influencing Regional Retail Marketing team and accounts they support
• Cultivate and maintain productive relationships, networking internally and eternally with marketing counterparts at Regional accounts
• Participating actively in interviewing and onboarding of new employees
