base. You will drive partnerships with regulators, ministries, and industry, ensuring public health objectives align with USP's mission. The role oversees regional teams, budgets, forecasting, and performance in a highly regulated environment, with travel 30-40% across LATAM.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry or related field; MBA/PhD preferred.
• 15+ years in senior leadership with multi-country LATAM experience.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Spanish required; strong cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional LATAM strategy aligned with global priorities.
• Lead high-level engagement with health authorities, regulators, and regional stakeholders.
• Own revenue growth, budgeting, and financial sustainability for the LATAM region.
• Oversee regional operations, ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Scientific Programs, External Affairs, Marketing and Operations.
