Job summary

Hirezar, a fast-growing U.S.-based design-build landscape company, seeks a Landscape Construction Estimator to own the estimating desk. You will convert designs into client-ready estimates using cost data, vendor pricing, and production rates, enabling field leadership to stay in the field.

This fully remote role requires 3+ years of estimating in landscape or related trades, strong Excel skills, and experience with PlanSwift/Bluebeam/STACK. You must work U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction estimating experience in landscape, hardscape, site work, or related trades (civil, exteriors, general construction).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and site plans.
• Hands-on experience with takeoff/estimating software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, STACK) and strong Excel skills.
• Strong math, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to produce accurate estimates independently.
• Excellent English communication and full-time U.S. Eastern Time overlap.

Responsibilities

• Plan Review & Quantity Takeoffs: Review landscape and hardscape designs, site plans, and construction drawings.
• Cost Estimating & Pricing: Build detailed estimates using cost data, vendor pricing, and labor/production rates.
• Proposal & Bid Preparation: Produce clean, professional bids and scopes of work for clients.
• Vendor & Cost Data Management: Update pricing, maintain a living cost database, coordinate quotes.
• Estimate Tracking & Post-Bid Analysis: Track estimates, win/loss, and margins; report pipeline value.
