Qualifications

• Experience in landscape, snow/ice or construction estimating (residential or commercial).
• Tech-savvy with estimating software, AI tools, and spreadsheets.
• Strong understanding of materials, labor costs, and construction methods.
• Knowledge of grading, drainage, and hardscape installation.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Estimate costs for landscape and hardscape projects with accuracy for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Review blueprints, site plans, and specifications for takeoffs.
• Prepare bids and proposals aligned with client budgets and goals.
• Collaborate with project managers and designers to refine estimates and identify savings.
• Analyze materials and labor to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to secure pricing and availability.
• Conduct site visits to assess conditions and confirm scope of work.
