Job summary

Blue Moon Metals Inc. seeks a Coordinator, U.S. Land Tenure and Environment for Special Projects to support land rights, environmental compliance, and regulatory activities across U.S. operations.

You will help secure access to mineral properties, coordinate leasing and permits, manage relations with federal/state agencies and landowners, and assist with reclamation planning and regulatory reporting while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Natural Resources, Land Management (registered accredited professional), Geology, Mining Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the U.S. mining or natural resources sector.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state land management and environmental regulations.
• Experience with mining claims, federal & state lands, leases, easements, permitting, reclamation, and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage mineral rights, mining claims, leases, surface rights, easements, rights-of-way, access agreements, and other land interests.
• Maintain accurate land tenure records, databases, maps, agreements, and renewal schedules including fees, taxes, and joint venture/option payments.
• Coordinate land acquisition, leasing, access, and property transactions with Legal, Exploration, Operations, and Project teams.
• Manage relationships with federal and state land management agencies, private landowners, tribal representatives, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure environmental compliance for programs related to Special Projects and assist on exploration, development, construction, mining, reclamation, and closure programs.
