Job summary

Dataprana Inc. is seeking a Land Acquisition Associate to join their team focusing on acquiring energized land for data center development. Candidates will be responsible for managing land acquisition projects, negotiating with sellers, and maintaining relationships with brokers. The ideal candidate has a background in real estate acquisitions and a proactive mindset. The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 plus commission, with moderate travel for site visits required. Remote work is available, preferably from Texas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, land development, or site selection.
• Strong understanding of property valuation, zoning, permitting, and transaction processes.
• Skilled at building and sustaining trusted relationships with brokers, sellers, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate land near power infrastructure.
• Maintain a pipeline of sites, brokers, and landowners.
• Support or lead negotiations with landowners and brokers.
