Job summary

ZealHire Inc. is seeking a hands-on technical leader to own the architecture, security posture and delivery quality of our ERP applications.

You will write and review production code, set architectural direction, and collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to keep systems scalable, secure, and resilient. The role requires 10–15 years of experience, deep Linux/Docker expertise, and strong standards like SOLID and DRY.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leader to own architecture, security posture and delivery of ERP applications.
• Experience writing and reviewing production code and architectural direction.
• Strong security focus: vulnerability assessments, SAST/DAST in CI/CD.
• Solid knowledge of SOLID, DRY, design patterns with code quality gates.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate and recommend architectures for ERP modules, integrations and evolution.
• Stay hands-on: develop critical components, debug production issues and lead performance profiling.
• Own production deployments and release readiness across dev, staging and production.
• Establish engineering standards: SOLID, DRY, patterns and Phpunit test coverage.
• Run security reviews and threat modelling for new features and integrations.
