• Significant safeguarding experience within children's services.
• Strong knowledge of Working Together to Safeguard Children guidance.
• Experience in managing allegations processes and multi-agency working.
• Excellent communication, decision-making and chairing skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing allegations against adults working with children.
• Providing safeguarding advice and guidance to partner agencies.
• Chairing and facilitating LADO meetings.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory safeguarding procedures.
