BCG Attorney Search in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a mid-level associate attorney with 3–7 years of experience in employment law and litigation to join our Labor and Employment Practice. The ideal candidate will counsel clients on employment decisions and develop compliant policies.

The role involves handling discrimination and harassment claims, managing DOL audits and EEOC charges, defending investigations, and representing clients in mediations and settlements while collaborating with a team

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Three to seven years of employment law experience.
• Experience with higher education or public-sector clients preferred.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on employment-related decision-making.
• Develop and maintain employment policies and procedures.
• Handle claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
• Manage DOL audits and EEOC charges.
• Defend investigations and prepare position statements.
• Represent clients in mediations and conciliations.
• Negotiate settlements and draft responsive pleadings.
• Handle all aspects of the discovery process.
• Draft motions, including motions for summary judgment.
• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
