Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic qualification.
• 3–8 years of experience in project management/coordination or equivalent.
• Experience with imports/logistics, preferably in a lab/clinical trial setting.

Responsibilities

• Reviews sample documentation and demographics, resolves discrepancies affecting accessioning, testing, or data release.
• Provides proactive study updates to anticipate issues and keep critical sample workflows on track.
• Reviews database import requests for accuracy and status of imports.
• Investigates shipments and samples that cannot be clearly identified or routed upon receipt.
• Participates in internal/self-audit program for database content and quality procedures.
• Performs data quality reviews to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with procedures.
• Interprets clinical protocol requirements and translates study data into database parameters.
