Olive & June is seeking an exceptionally organized and proactive Manager, Marketing & Creative Operations to drive the execution of marketing and creative initiatives. You’ll turn priorities into clear plans and ensure delivery from kickoff to finish.

You’ll bridge Marketing, Brand and Creative, manage multiple workstreams, and partner with internal teams and external partners to maintain high-quality output on tight timelines. LA area; remote allowed.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, creative operations, or related role.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Experience collaborating across Brand, Creative and Marketing teams.

Aufgaben

• Own marketing and creative project timelines across campaigns and launches.
• Manage creative workflows in Asana, briefs, approvals, and handoffs.
• Drive reviews and approvals with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Balance priorities, resources, budgets, and team capacity.
• Maintain asset organization in Dropbox/Drive and empower teams with assets.
• Improve processes, trackers, templates, and cross-functional ways of working.
• Support photo/content production and LA-based shoots a few times monthly.
