Job summary

Crafts Group is seeking a Hand Knitting & Crochet Pattern Designer to develop inspiring hand-knit and crochet designs from concept to finished sample. You’ll shape seasonal collections, celebrate our yarns, and foster inclusivity across both knitting and crochet.

The role is fully remote from any US-based location, with a salary of $55,000–$65,000 and a comprehensive benefits package. You will collaborate with the design team, support seasonal collections, and contribute to content creation,

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating original knitwear designs across gauges and techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a design team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design team to create ideas and inspiration for seasonal collections and patterns.
• Write knitting and crochet patterns, assist with tech editing and proofing, coordinate with sample makers.
• Provide ideas for seasonal photo shoots and help with garment preparation.
