Job description

AdoptTech Solutions is a business development agency specializing in outbound lead generation for our partners. We run highly targeted outreach campaigns and book demo meetings for our partners, who handle the sales process.

We are looking for a Partnership Manager to oversee our partnership with Remofirst, manage an outbound team of 10 specialists, and ensure consistent results in our campaigns.

Location: Remote

Compensation: Commission-based

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 10 outbound specialists focused on generating high-quality leads.
  • Oversee and optimize outreach campaigns for Remofirst.
  • Develop and refine strategies to maximize booked demo meetings.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure lead qualification.
  • Work closely with company leadership to enhance outbound campaign effectiveness.
  • Track performance metrics and ensure monthly targets are met.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or outbound lead generation.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing a team, preferably in sales or lead generation.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Familiarity with outbound tools.
  • Ability to work in a performance-driven, commission-based role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Compensation (Commission-Based):
  • $50 per qualified demo meeting booked by the team.
  • Earnings scale based on performance (e.g., 100 meetings/month = $5,000/month).
