Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a dedicated Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to provide teletherapy to K12 students across Virginia for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time remote position partners with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver evaluations, treatments, and IEP goals while maintaining compliance.

Assignments are matched to district needs and clinician experience, with a 100% remote schedule and a supportive, collaborative special education team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Virginia SLP license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP credential.
• Prior school-based experience preferred.
• Teletherapy or virtual service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual evaluations, screenings, and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal requirements.
• Participate in virtual meetings, including IEP, eligibility, and team meetings.

Education
