Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Virtual School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide online services to K-12 students in Illinois. This 100% remote role lets you support student success from home while collaborating with school teams and families.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in SLP, an active IL license, IL PEL, and ASHA CCC-SLP is preferred. Both full-time and part-time arrangements are available, with competitive pay and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license.
• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• Previous school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable using virtual platforms and technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual speech and language therapy services to K-12 students.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state requirements.
