ATX Learning is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training nationwide. This independent contractor role fits around full-time work or retirement, with complete, polished materials and trainer certification provided virtually.

Trainers bring classroom credibility and prefer flexible schedules, with compensation paid per training event. No quotas, no curriculum to write, and access to a supportive national trainer community.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field
• Willing to deliver PD in diverse school settings across the country

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use immediately
• Help schools strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with proven strategies
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide drawing on real-world experience
• Represent Time To Teach with the three P's: personality, professionalism, and passion
