Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to join our national trainer team, delivering classroom management and student engagement training.

This is a flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor role with prepared materials, trainer certification, and a supportive nationwide community; you’ll be paid per training event and never start from scratch.

Current or retired teachers, instructional coaches, administrators, and education consultants are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher or educator with classroom experience.
• Ability to present, train, coach, or lead adult learners.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Wamiliar with balancing multiple commitments (career, family, retirement).
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-based professional development to teachers across multiple districts.
• Strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement using proven strategies.
• Draw on real-world experience to support public, private, and charter schools nationwide.
• Represent Time To Teach with professionalism and passion.
