Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced educators to join our national team as independent trainers. You will deliver ready-to-use professional development to teachers across public, private, and charter schools. As a remote-friendly contractor, you bring classroom credibility and the ability to present to adult learners.

We provide trainer certification, proven materials, and a supportive community behind you. New trainers receive a three-day virtual certification and ongoing resources.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant
• Strong presentation, training, and coaching abilities with adults
• Able to work independently with a flexible schedule and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-based professional development to educators
• Strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement through proven strategies
• Support schools and districts nationwide with real-world experience and practical guidance
