Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to join our national team of trainers to deliver classroom management and student engagement training. This flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor role includes ready-to-deliver materials, trainer certification, and a supportive national community.

You will train educators across public, private, and charter schools nationwide, backed by decades of proven content.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Experience delivering professional development to other educators.
• Comfortable presenting, training, coaching, or leading adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-based professional development to teachers.
• Help educators strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Draw on real-world experience to support public, private, and charter schools nationwide.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion for educators you serve.
