Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training from a flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor role. Bring your classroom credibility while we provide the materials, training, and support.

Lead sessions across public, private, and charter schools nationwide, with per-event earnings and no quotas. Many trainers balance this with other commitments, including full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant
• Love presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners in front of a room
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Willing to work around existing full-time positions

Responsibilities

• Lead research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with strategies refined over 30+ years
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on your own real-world experience
• Represent Time To Teach with the three P's: personality, professionalism, and passion for the educators you serve
