Time To Teach is expanding its national team of trainers and seeks experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training refined since 1993. This is a flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor role with no quotas or curricula to write; you bring classroom experience and credibility while we handle the rest.

You’ll deliver training, support schools nationwide, and join a warm community of fellow trainers.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Love presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Want work that fits your life (many trainers keep their full-time positions).

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning.
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on your own real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion for the educators you serve.
