Qualifications

• Must be a current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Able to present, coach, or lead adult learners with confidence.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.
• Self-motivated and capable of independent work.
• Ability to work remotely with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development to teachers.
• Support schools and districts with classroom management and student engagement strategies.
• Represent Time To Teach with professionalism nationwide.
• Provide polished, ready-to-deliver training materials.
