Job summary

Flare energy services seeks a self-motivated Junior Video Editor to join our post-production team. This 100% remote role starts with organizing footage and building timelines, advancing to finished, publish-ready content as you gain responsibility.

You’ll master our Premiere Pro workflows, work with transcripts and subtitles, and manage assets across Drive/Dropbox. The position offers growth into color, music selection, and client revisions in a collaborative remote environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro CC.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
• Willingness to learn new workflows and software.

Responsibilities

• Organize, transcode, and manage video and audio media.
• Sync multi-camera interviews in Premiere Pro and build timelines.
• Create and work with AI-generated transcripts and subtitles.
• Pull selects, conform interviews to scripts, and review exports.
• Develop title treatments and credits; collaborate with editors.
