Job summary

ELITEBRAIN is seeking a Junior Software Engineer for an AI code evaluation program. This fully remote, contract role involves evaluating AI-generated code, creating challenging programming problems, and supplying detailed feedback to improve AI model performance.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of software engineering experience, strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and system design, and excellent written English.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional software engineering experience at a leading tech company.
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures; solid debugging and code optimization skills.
• Knowledge of software architecture, system design, and best engineering practices.
• Ability to review, evaluate, and identify issues in complex code and provide actionable feedback.
• Excellent written English communication and ability to explain technical decisions clearly.
• Experience working in a fully remote, contractor-based environment.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated code or similar AI-assisted development tasks would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, maintainability, and overall quality.
