Responsibilities include participating in Agile Scrum, diagnosing issues, supporting releases, and creating technical documentation. A two-week on-site Training Workshop at the Indianapolis Office is required.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of C# or COBOL.
• Exposure to .NET, ASP.NET, REST/SOAP, JavaScript.
• Basic SQL and relational database concepts.
• GitHub, JIRA, Postman, Jenkins exposure.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Agile Scrum meetings and sprint activities.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving application issues.
• Support incident reviews and documentation.
• Assist with sprint and release deliveries.
