Role Title: Junior Social Media Marketer XVI

Location: Remote – United States

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across major social media platforms.
  • Monitor engagement metrics, track campaign performance, and prepare weekly reports.
  • Support the creation of graphics, videos, and written posts to align with content calendars.
  • Conduct research on trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences.
  • Collaborate with team members to execute campaigns that support client objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 0–2 years of professional writing, copyediting, or content creation experience (internships count).
  • Must-have: strong AP-style copy editing.
  • Must-have: proficiency with Google Workspace.
  • Must-have: experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Must-have: strong attention to detail.
  • Must-have: familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.

Compensation:

Annual salary range: $70,000 – $80,000 USD gross per year, plus benefits.

This salary range applies to all U.S.-based applicants; adjustments may be made based on experience and local pay-transparency laws. Detailed compensation packages will be discussed during the interview process.
