TensorOps is seeking a Junior Machine Learning Engineer to deliver real-world ML projects. You’ll be mentored by a senior engineer and work hands-on from day one on production-grade ML systems, with a focus on fast delivery and tangible impact.

Ideal candidates hold a BSc in CS/Software Eng or equivalent and an MSc in CS/DS/AI. The role is fully remote for residents of Portugal, with competitive compensation and opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Solid software engineering fundamentals (OOP, Git, concurrency, parallelism).
• Proficiency in Python.
• Understanding of LLM system design (RAG, agents).
• Knowledge of ML system design (pipelines, training/inference techniques).
