Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Junior Security Analyst to support RMF/ATO activities for government clients. You will work with ISO/ISSO and stakeholders to drive risk management, maintain detailed security artifacts, and translate security concepts into practical deployment recommendations across diverse IT environments.

Formación

• Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53, RMF, and security authorizations and compliance standards.
• Ability to support all RMF steps, including security categorizations, creating/updating security artifacts, and POA&M.
• Ability to create plans/approaches for secure product installation per agency requirements and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ability to analyze authorization documents and artifacts against requirements; address gaps with stakeholders.
• Ability to independently lead client-facing meetings and present complex ATO topics.
• Ability to organize/manage large amounts of discrete data across multiple systems with expiration dates.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and drive RMF steps 0-6 ATO activities and requirements with ISO/ISSO and system stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed security documentation and coordinate execution of ATO support duties.
• Translate security concepts into actionable, implementable solutions for IT deployments.
• Ensure security posture is maintained throughout the system lifecycle from acquisition to decommission.
