Job summary

Hiredbuddy is seeking an entry-level Full Stack Developer to join our remote team. You'll build and maintain web applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and grow your skills in a supportive environment.

As an Entry Level Full Stack Developer, you will work on front-end and back-end components, leveraging React or Vue.js, Node.js/Express, and databases, while learning from senior engineers and contributing to robust, scalable software.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in at least one front-end framework (React, Vue, or Angular) and one back-end language (Node.js, Python, or Ruby).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and HTTP fundamentals.
• Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
• Ability to write clean, testable code.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers.
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve processes.
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance and reliability.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and design schemas.
• Use Git for version control and collaborate on deployments.
• Stay updated with new technologies and improvements.
• Assist in testing and deployment using CI/CD and cloud platforms.
