JOHN STAURULAKIS INC is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst in a remote capacity within the Corporate Finance team. The role supports financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management, partnering with Finance leadership and the CFO.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
2–5 years of relevant financial analysis or FP&A experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and accurate.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining collaborative.

Responsibilities

Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and analyses for Finance leadership and business leaders.
Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, utilization, and other key metrics.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
Research and explain variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling; maintain models and schedules.
Provide financial insights directly to CFO and leadership.
