Job summary

5.15 Technologies is seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer to develop, implement, support, and monitor customers’ DevOps infrastructure. You will act as a trusted advisor, coordinating with customers and their DevOps teams to deliver proactive and reactive services across environments.

Responsibilities include incident, change, and problem management, plus development of automation scripts and deployment pipelines.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to relocate based on business needs.
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Engineering is required.
• Able to work 40 hours per week during US Central Time hours.
• Willing to support off-hours changes and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Bridge development and operations between teams.
• Improve quality, reliability, observability, security, and stability.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Assist teammates and customers with complex problems.
• Support DevOps/SRE tools and environments across customer environments.
• Develop and maintain DevOps solutions and documentation.
• Provide on-call support as required.
• Generate reports and monitor customer environments.
