Job summary

City Real Estate seeks a highly organized Junior Designer to join the Operations team. This entry-level role focuses on design and visual prep of residential properties for market, while managing budgets, vendors, inventory, and logistics to bring each project together.

You will work with operations, agents, vendors, and staging partners to prepare homes for photography, showings, and open houses.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Staging.
• Strong eye for design, spatial planning, materials, and trends.
• Highly organized with attention to deadlines and detail.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Clear communication with agents, vendors, and team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining design needs from updates to presentation.
• Plan staging, arrange furniture and accessories to suit each home.
• Source furniture, decor, hardware and materials within budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors, painters, cleaners, and contractors on-site.
• Track budgets with detailed Excel spreadsheets and invoices.
• Manage staging inventory and project timelines ahead of photography.
