Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in a creative studio or media organization.
• Curiosity about shifting industry trends in design and animation, specifically within streaming.
• Strong grasp of typography, composition, and hierarchy.
• Fluent with Adobe Creative Suite and hands-on knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
• Proven project management skills with ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Online portfolio/demo reel showcasing creativity, design, and type layout skills.
• Reliable work-from-home setup with dependable internet connection.
• Demonstrated experience with Cinema4D.
• High-level understanding of design within streaming platforms.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Adobe Suite to create designs for short-term and long-range assignments.
• Work under the direction of senior-level leaders to support all platforms in the creation of elements (television graphics, key art, branding, social templates, marketing materials).
• Collaborate with creative and editorial partners to elevate the brand's storytelling.
• Contribute design solutions that support creative excellence and brand consistency.
• Integrate into established team workflows and processes.
• Translate assignment details and direction into custom graphical layouts.
• Maintain timelines and communicate with Production and Project Assignment peers.
• Contribute ideas to push creative to the next level and learn new software.
• Maintain high standards of efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment/software/work environment issues.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt day-to-day tasks.
• Support streamlined approaches to long-term design structures.
