DotActiv is seeking a skilled C# software developer to join our team delivering a SPA using ASP.NET Core Web API with AngularJS and a Microsoft SQL backend. The role focuses on translating requirements into high-quality code and maintaining performance.

Experience in CI, Git, and test automation is valued. This remote South Africa position offers flexibility and opportunities to work across the full stack in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year development experience in IT.
• Grade 12 with Mathematics (70%).
• IT certification by a recognized authority (A+, N+, MCSE, MCP, MCT, VCP, VCSP, etc.).
• Proficient in C# with good knowledge of its ecosystems.
• Familiarity with CI, Microsoft SQL, JSON, Angular, and .NET Framework.

Responsibilities

• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
• Maintain code quality, organisation, and automatisation.
