Qualifications

• Prior internship in software engineering with hands-on experience building LLM-based workflows.
• Strong Python skills and a practical approach to building useful, reliable solutions.
• Familiarity with agentic coding tools like Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor.
• Ability to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into effective solutions.
• Comfort working across a range of projects and solving ambiguous problems.
• Strong communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Build tools and automations that support internal business needs across marketing, research, and workflow optimization.
• Design and test language-model workflows for classification, summarization, extraction, generation, and search support.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Data Science, and business teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Develop Python-based services, APIs, and internal tools that integrate AI into day-to-day workflows.
• Evaluate system performance for quality, speed, reliability, and cost.
• Identify edge cases and contribute to best practices for applied AI development.
