Job summary

Arc Beverage seeks a Junior Accountant to support daily accounting tasks, with emphasis on accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and reconciliations. This remote role requires handling transactions accurately and maintaining records under guidance from senior finance staff.

The position supports month-end close, prepares schedules, and assists with reporting while aligning with Pacific Time hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 1–3 years in bookkeeping, AP/AR, or general accounting preferred.
• Familiarity with accounting principles, reconciliations, and AP/PO cycle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, cash receipts, payments, and GL activities.
• Process vendor invoices, expenses, credit card transactions, and other entries accurately and timely.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation.
