Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Junior Account Manager to support growth in the ESPT business. You will handle customer acquisition and account management, build relationships, and progress from initial contact to order placement while learning from experienced sales teammates.

This role offers base compensation with a monthly commission, remote work with occasional international travel, and opportunities to advance into an independent account manager role as you develop in B2B sales across manufacturing

Qualifications

• Initial sales or account management experience in a B2B environment is a plus.
• Strong customer orientation and relationship-building abilities.
• Interest in IT, digitalisation, and modern technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of repeatable and stable sales within assigned industries/geographies.
• Qualify opportunities, follow up with prospects, and support conversion of leads into customers.
• Assist in building and managing an opportunity pipeline.
• Maintain regular customer contact throughout the sales process.
