Job Description:

The Digital Content and Copy Strategist will play a key role in digital strategy and experience, focusing on web content development and execution. Responsibilities include supporting highly visible web projects from inception to launch, including gathering requirements, design, development, testing, and support, utilizing SAP Commerce Cloud SmartEdit, HTML, CSS, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The role aligns with the strategic plan for online marketing and content to support Boeing eCommerce websites.

  1. Translate organizational and marketing objectives into clear, compelling digital narratives that are visually engaging, user-friendly, and enhance brand connection and engagement.
  2. Implement and optimize site content using a WCMS and component library.
  3. Support strategic content, branding programs, and growth marketing initiatives.
  4. Audit websites for copy, brand consistency, content, and imagery discrepancies.
  5. Identify and resolve issues related to marketing content, copy, and web pages.
  6. Follow SEO best practices in reviewing and optimizing content for Boeing's websites.
  7. Write and edit online pages, content, and copy while managing project schedules and deadlines.
  8. Create and refine search engine optimized marketing copy.
  9. Enhance marketing site search through keyword redirects, content enrichment, and relevance optimization.
  10. Maintain website navigation, sitemap, and taxonomy.
  11. Improve and enrich marketing content to drive customer acquisition, lead capture, and awareness.
  12. Collaborate with the WCMS technical team to provide feedback and system improvement requests.
  13. Localize content and copy as needed.
