Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a senior Java backend developer to design and build scalable services using Java 17 and Spring Boot. You will work within a cloud-native microservices architecture and own backend components from design through deployment.

Responsibilities include deploying containerized apps with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm on AWS EKS, and partnering with DevOps to optimize CI/CD, performance, and reliability across platforms.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience as a Java developer with Java 17, Spring Boot and NoSQL.
• Excellent cloud experience, especially AWS, and strong knowledge of microservices.
• Proficient with container orchestration and CI/CD collaboration with DevOps.
