You will document failure modes, provide reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and model evaluation metrics, all while delivering clear technical writing and collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in CS or related field ideal; real‑world Java experience and open‑source contributions are a plus.
• Strong documentation and metacognitive communication—“showing your work”—essential.

Responsibilities

• Converse with the model on software engineering tasks using Java.
• Verify code quality, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements.
