Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a remote Customer Support Associate to serve as a single point of contact for collectors, primarily in Japan. This role reports to the Customer Service Manager and follows EST hours, supporting inquiries across web, voice and email channels.

You will delight collectors, build relationships, and develop in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio and release calendar, enabling proactive issue resolution and high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Japanese and able to communicate in English.
• Collector-focused, proactive service mindset.
• Knowledge of trading cards and collectibles industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Experience handling web, voice, and email customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Fanatics Collectibles and Collectors by supporting all inquiries and issues
• Model exemplary service through web message, voice, and email channels
• Delight Collectors: apply good judgement on a case-by-case basis, expedite resolutions, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Build and maintain relationships with repeat Collectors
• Develop a thorough knowledge of Fanatics Collectibles’ product portfolio and release calendar
• Additional duties as assigned
