Job summary

AIS Healthcare is seeking a Home Infusion IVIG RN to provide care in patients' homes in the Paducah, KY area. This PRN role emphasizes delivering infusion therapies with a patient-centered approach and building one-on-one relationships with patients in their homes.

You will travel within the greater Paducah region, benefit from ongoing training, and work toward certification in immune globulin care, with travel paid and mileage reimbursed as needed.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current Kentucky license and ability to be licensed in other states.
• Minimum one year nursing experience; IV-related experience is a plus.
• CPR certification current and active.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance with required liability limits.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word for documenting patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide immune globulin infusion therapies in patients' homes.
• Deliver one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and educate patients per the physician's plan.
• Interact with patients, physicians, pharmacists and partners with strong written and verbal skills.
• Travel to Paducah and surrounding areas with up to 150–200 miles one way; travel time paid and mileage reimbursed.
• Maintain ongoing training in infusion therapy and related protocols; multi-state licensure may be required.
