Job summary

EnviroTrac LLC invites applications for an IT Systems Administrator role based in Florida with a remote work setup. The candidate will support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online and Entra ID.

The position requires collaboration with IT staff across multiple sites and occasional travel to company offices. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with virtualization, backups, security tooling, and network services, plus strong

Qualifications

• 3+ years of systems administration or network infrastructure experience.
• Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online and Entra ID.
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, VPN.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V).
• Experience with backup, endpoint protection, remote access, and monitoring solutions.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills; able to work across locations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally to company locations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server environments and AD, DNS, DHCP, file services, and permissions.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Create/modify user accounts, groups, mailboxes, licenses, and access.
• Support virtual servers, VM provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain health and performance of servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Perform patching, updates, and routine maintenance.
• Administer backup systems and handle restores as needed.
• Support security tools, firewalls, VPN, and network connectivity.
• Assist with migrations, tenant consolidations, and deployments.
• Maintain system documentation and diagrams.
