Job summary

MaziCTools is seeking a Partner Expert IT Crewmember to provide technical support for JetBlue Crewmembers, ensuring efficient first and second-level assistance. This remote position offers $30/hour and requires availability for short-term travel within Jamaica and the US.

The ideal candidate should possess a High School Diploma or GED and have experience with the latest operating systems. Strong customer service skills and the ability to follow JetBlue’s core values are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting latest operating systems or certification via IT for Everyone course.
• Able to travel frequently within Jamaica and the US.
• Legally allowed to work in the position's location without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for all JetBlue hardware/applications including phones.
• Ensure excellent customer service for JetBlue Crewmembers.
• Document requests and update database per JetBlue standards.
