Job summary

New Charter Technologies, LLC is seeking a Tier 1 Service Desk Engineer to join our remote team. You will handle a variety of end-user issues, including printers, password resets, MFA and antivirus alerts, and provide support for client-specific applications.

You will document work in IT Glue and ConnectWise PSA while collaborating with the service desk to keep environments running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree and 1–5 years of service center support experience.
• Certifications (A+ or Network+ preferred).
• Experience with ConnectWise PSA/Manage, IT Glue, and networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site support to end users for desktops and printers.
• Resolve password resets, MFA issues, VPN/VPN-less access and antivirus alerts.
• Maintain detailed documentation in IT Glue and ConnectWise PSA; manage tickets and follow ups.
