Job summary

Genpact in Chicago seeks a Director of IT Risk Management to lead IT SOX, IT control design, and risk governance across ERP, security, and data privacy domains. You will drive risk advisory services, SOC 1/2 readiness, COSO/ COBIT alignment, and audits, with focus on SAP/ Oracle ERP controls, IAM, DLP, and cyber security, enabling enterprise-scale transformation.

This role offers leadership in a fast-paced tech environment, reporting to senior stakeholders, and shaping enterprise risk programs

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in IT or related field.
• Experience in SOX readiness and IT audits.
• Knowledge of ERP controls, GRC, and access management.

Responsibilities

• IT risk management and compliance: IT SOX, IT-IA, ITRM framework design and IT controls reviews.
• ERP Controllership: SAP, Oracle ERP controls, SOX testing in ERP and GRC tools.
• IT Security/Cyber: security framework design/review, threat modelling, and cyber audits.
• Third-party risk management and DR/BCP reviews.
• Data privacy and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS) familiarity.
