Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced IT risk and assurance managers to help train an AI model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. The role focuses on SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST-based governance, risk management, and compliance across core workflows.

We require 5+ years in cybersecurity GRC or information security, with hands-on experience drafting risk assessments and vendor security questionnaires.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity GRC, IT audit, or information security compliance, with direct ownership of SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST framework certification work
• Hands-on experience writing or reviewing risk assessments, control matrices, and vendor security questionnaires against a named regulatory or audit framework
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated risk and assurance documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for audits and governance
• Evaluate risk assessments, control matrices, and vendor security questionnaires against frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST)
• Develop and maintain board-ready security posture and risk dashboards and incident reports
