Job summary

KNAPP AG is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead complex customer IT solutions and coordinate KNAPP units across software, IT and logistics. The role involves direct engagement with customer stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and acceptance of proposed solutions.

Based in the US and Europe, the position is home based but requires time at KNAPP offices and customer sites. You will drive project plans, manage risks, and mentor team members to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex IT projects for logistics or warehouse systems.
• Strong coordination of cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to plan, monitor, and deliver against scope, time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Decision maker in logistics, software and IT matters for customer projects.
• Coordinate programme team, external providers and KNAPP units.
• Lead system and software implementations and IT deployments.
• Act as project consultant for solution engineering, testing and delivery.
• Develop training plans with the core team and customer.
• Communicate progress, risks and changes to stakeholders and PMA.
