Qualifications

• IT Operations experience owning and maintaining IT infrastructure or operations at a distributed tech company.
• Hands-on experience with IdP (JumpCloud) covering SSO, SAML, SCIM, and conditional access with RBAC.
• Google Workspace administration including user lifecycles, OU, security/sharing policies, and IdP integrations.
• SaaS and tooling administration for developer tools and business SaaS platforms.
• Zero Trust administration across cloud environments (AWS/Azure) with Cloudflare Access/Gateway for least-privilege security.
• Endpoint security and device posture management (CrowdStrike Falcon, WARP client).
• Strong communication to lead and collaborate asynchronously across global teams.
• Scripting for automation to provision/disable users and assets; automate deployment tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build and run internal IT foundations: IdP, device fleet, SaaS licenses, and IT tooling.
• Establish reliable IT processes and operational support for a remote, asynchronous team.
• Collaborate with Security and Engineering to implement SOC 2 and ISO 27001 controls and documentation.
• Lead cross‑functional coordination to ensure secure, scalable infrastructure across regions.
