Qualifications

• Strong IT Project Management experience in infrastructure/operations environments.
• Working knowledge of VMWare, Citrix, Windows Server, storage, networking, and backups.
• Ability to communicate about infrastructure at a high level.
• Experience with executive and cross-department stakeholder communication.
• Comfort managing priorities, resources, and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the IT project portfolio across infrastructure, security, and operations.
• Plan and deliver 5–7 concurrent IT projects using hybrid Agile/Waterfall.
• Coordinate IT Steering Committee meetings and executive reporting.
• Define, document, and optimize IT operational processes.
• Identify automation and technology improvements for IT workflows.
